The leaflet has a clear structure throughout, the title has ellipses at the start as to engage the reader and make them read on. This is important as many libraries are being closed down and this leaflet is trying to entice more people to go to libraries. Furthermore, the title employs the grapholocial feature of using a different font and colour for different sections of the title. This almost makes a hybrid of an imperative.
